Next expected election: August 4, 2026 State Primary

With the passage of Proposal 2-2022, there have been changes made to the election laws. All qualified voters have the right to mark a ballot and deposit the ballot in the tabulator beginning the second Saturday before an election and ending the Sunday before the election. THIS IS NEW. You now have THREE opportunities to cast your (ONE) vote:

1. Come to the Isabella Township Hall on Election Day between 7AM-8PM and cast your ballot as usual.

-OR-

2. Fill out an application for an Absentee Ballot and return it to Clerk Derby through the mail or the Hall Drop Box.  She will mail you a ballot which you can return by MAIL, drop it at the HALL DROP-BOX or IN-PERSON by appointment. (If you checked the permanent ballot box on your application, you will automatically be sent an Absentee ballot for every election and will not have to fill out an application each time).

-OR-

3. You may vote in-person, early at the Consolidated County Site at the Commission on Aging: 2200 S. Lincoln Rd, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858. This voting site will be open daily for voting beginning the second Saturday before the election from 8AM-4PM until the Sunday before the election. This polling site will be open for a total of 9 DAYS.
